Crazy-8 is not trademarked or copyrighted, and it has no assets. it is not a person, place or thing.  it solely exists on the internet. therefore crazy-8 is just an idea. An abstract thing that quick gave away as soon as he put his idea on the internet.

ok so how am I the "BIG KID" here?  I've done nothing to show any immaturity about the issue and all I did was talk to krash yesterday and you explode in this very mature rage about me remove you from the members list.....  btw you can talk trash all you want on the CAL forums I could care less and I sure the hell don't abuse any "e-power" which you speak of.

Its nice and dandy that you guys feel like I hijacked the team but here's an idea if you want to remain a member and retain your "leader" status or " owner" whatever the fuck you want to call it, don't quit (that's a rather large one if you hadn't noticed its hard to lead a team if you quit it), pay some bills (I've put in alot of money into the team to keep servers up and running) help with anything related to improving the team (whinning and bitching not included).

I run this team for fun, I'm not planning on making it big off of this team I have better plan for my future.  I did not once come here with "hijacking" in mind, I spend my money to maintain the server I spend my time to help,  I've done NOTHING to you, krash or quick other than pay the fucking bills for the last few months to maintain this team which you claim is yours.  I don't expect anyone to pay the bills for me, I've told the guys that I will cover them but will accept donations and I hold NOTHING against any of the guys if they can't help out but I DO hold something against people who call themselfs "owners" of a team (see Ckilla's post to clarify that really there is no ownership of this team) when they haven't contributed a cent in the last few months or contributed any TIME in the last few months (quick did contribute time as he did run the 2142 team) to help run the team.

Now move along and go make that Crysis team that will beat us and go talk trash on the CAL forums like a mature individual would do because wow do I ever care.

EDIT: I'd just like to add as well that I don't remove people from the team unless 1. they team doesn't like them/they don't work well with the team 2. THEY QUIT.  #2 is what pertains to you as until you posted your "I'm quitting" post I hadn't said ANYTHING to you nor had I removed your members access had I?  People will always be crazy-8 members until they quit, do something to harm the team or do something that really pisses me off.

First off, this is a legendary day as I am declared not gay. lol. To be honest here guys, I think yins all miss, especially me, the days when we were all friends and played BF2 toghether as a close knit team. It is a shame to see all of the insults and shit that we are calling each other. I'll tell ya right now and I think you zman can agree that playing BF2 espcially with the S4 team was the most fun I've ever had personally playing online in the many years I've been playing. I hope you guys can make up or something because as far as I'm concerned I'm still friends with all of yins. And I mean really, who cares who owns the team and what not, why can't we all just have fun and play games online together like this team was created for. Oh one other thing, zman, I'm dissapointed in your plan to bash our team on the forums as much as possible... My opinion on that is I wish you could be a little bit mature as some people on this team never did anything to you that would make you do that so it just isn't right. Plus it makes you look like an asshat which in reality you really aren't. Don't make yourself look bad and bash us. Be a man about it and forget it. Good luck in Crysis or whatever game you plan to take up!

You know what I had nothing against anyone up until today, people left and I hadn't claimed this whole ownership bullshit people are bitching about.  I was assuming to buy crazy-8.com from krash yesterday as it was going up for sale and from krash's post he was selling it.  I get an e-mail saying he renewed it so I messaged him and asked him what the deal was and honestly the conversation that followed was fairly dumb, end of the conversation I had established Krash was being a dick for no reason and spewing out bullshit like his ownership of logos and shit and had left it at that I would use crazy-8.net and crazy-8.mobi <-- lol remember when I bought that....  anyway I called Ckilla up to confirm that it was still cool for Cz8 to use the logos and such since Krash had informed me that somehow he owned them or some horse shit like that.  I got authorization to keep using the logos for the team and so life went on without further drama.

 I hadn't talked to zman for a while and yesterday he messaged me asking for his CAL forum account pass this was just before the 2142 match so I told him I couldn't do it right then and I would message him after, I didn't get around to talking to him but when he messaged me it reminded me that I had to remove him from the members list since he had left the clan as per his post in the private section so that evening I did when I got some free time.   THis morning I woke up to get this wonderful post and a much more wonderful xfire message from a seemed to be raged zman for me removing his members access, god forbid I do such a horrid thing to someone who quit.

There really is no more than that, I had nothing against anyone until krash starting spewing out BS about owning crazy-8 and zman just randomly flipped nut because I removed his members access.

Ya that season was fun and I wish we could of remained friends but I guess my "hijacking" of this team got in the way.
